| Reliability and functional design can be associated by conducting reliability simulation test on digital prototype at the beginning of product design stage. Optimization of product design and improvement of reliability were realized. By analyzing the main contents of reliability simulation test, the procedure of simulation test of a product was put forward, including thermal analysis, vibration analysis and failure prediction. Week link of the product design was found and the reliability was enhanced through improving design. |
