Abstract: |
By a concrete example, the finite element method was used to simulate the three dimensional temperature field of bridge wire electric explosive device (EED) during ignition under the action of electronic static discharge (ESD). The critical ignition temperature of EED was estimated by statistical methods. According to a stress-strength model of reliability theory and using Monte-Carlo simulation method, the ignition probability of EED under the action of human body ESD was calculated. The influences of different factors on ignition probability of EED were analyzed. The results showed that human body electrostatic voltage is the main factor influencing the ignition probability of EED; the ignition probability of EED under the action of human body ESD can reach up to17.1%. |
