| A technology supports platform based on knowledge service and the cooperative mode was put forward aiming at the actual problems of maintenance personnel in technology support of equipment. Based on analysis of platform system structure and function, the operation pattern and key technologies of the platform were discussed. The platform provides one-stop technical support and customized knowledge service, and realizes a win –win cooperation mode for relevant departments of equipment maintenance. |
