Abstract:
      The maximal strain value in danger zone of solid rocket motor was determined through structural analysis and state monitoring using micro-sensors. Accelerated aging test was carried out to get tension curve and elongation percentage of the propellant under different aging temperature and time. Relation between mechanical property parameter and aging time was established with chemical reaction speed. The relation between elongation percentage and storage period of propellant at certain temperature was determined. Propellant’ s storage life was determined by checking the maximal strain in motor and storage period.
