Abstract:
      As a mechanical random vibration simulator, simulation of transport vibration test stand can well reproduce the vibrational condition of automobile transportation. However, there are some confusion in the process of debugging and using the simulation of transport vibration test stand. In order to avoid these problems, kinematic simulation was carried out. The simulation results and experimental data coincide well to verify the correctness of the model. A series of simulations were carried out to summarize the influencing rule of these parameters on final result. Simulation results showed that the vibration of stand face consists of system′ s self-excited vibration and the forced-vibration of the stand face driven by the cam, the system′ s self-excited vibration mainly affects the first peak, while the forced-vibration of the stand face driven by the cam mainly affects the second peak.
