| The mathematic model of environmental stress screening test temperature cycle index was introduced. Under the conditions of same temperature range and temperature changing rate, the theoretical and practical data of the screening degree and cycle index were compared and analyzed based on the modeling and calculation of practical screening data of radar unit to obtain the method and correction coefficient for determining the temperature cycle index for electronic units of radar system. |
