The definition and source of reliability data were stated and the functions of reliability data resources were discussed. The emphasis was on the state and progress of reliability data resources network construction at home and aboard. The development of electronic components reliability prediction manuals and nonelectric products reliability prediction manuals were summarized. The trend of reliability data resources application was analyzed. |
