Objective To study the security risk and protection of equipment support information system in the battlefield. Methods Beginning from the concept and classification of equipment support information system and the security risks of the equipment support information system in the complex battlefield environment, the security scale of the equipment support information system could be divided into five grades by five-classification-method. The security risk evaluation model was deduced and the protection strategy for the equipment support information system was proposed. Results To ensure the safety, effectiveness and stability of equipment support during the whole battle process in battlefield environment, the equipment support information system should follow the positive protection principle of harmonization and comprehensive utilization, and effective risk control measures should be used. Conclusion By studying and developing the theory of equipment support information security and protection, the weakness of the information system in battlefield must be found, the protection strategy for the equipment support information system should be established, and finally the protection capability of the equipment support information system would be improved. |
