Abstract: |
Objective To clearly record fire processes to facilitate investigation analysis and prevent fire disaster. Methods Based on the studies of the environmental conditions and the complexity of fire scene, a design idea of taking environmental adaptability and environmental protection into account was proposed and a preliminary design was made. Results A high-strengthened alloy material was adopted for the external protective shell of the fire black box to ensure that the shell had high hardness and strength and the ability of anti-electromagnetic interference. The internal structure was the multiple composite structure mainly composed of silica aggregates and asbestos powder, with good performance of anti-burning at high temperatures. Conclusion The fire black box can record, store and reappear the fire data in daily use and harsh fire environment. |
