Abstract:
      Objective To study the influencing law of different environmental factors on the adhesion aging of silane hybrid epoxy resin coating/LY12 aluminum alloy. Methods Coating template with a thickness of 30 m was prepared, and the cohesion between the silane epoxy hybrid resin coating and the substrate under different environmental factors (temperature, humidity and the acid-base solution) and in different time period was tested using the pull tester. Results In low or high-temperature environment, the decrement of adhesion increased with the elongation of exposure time. In hot and humid environment, with the increase of test cycle, the adhesion of coating was significantly weakened. Acid and alkali solutions caused serious damage to the coating system. Conclusion In terms of the effects of environmental factors on the adhesion aging of silane hybrid epoxy resin coating/LY12 aluminum alloy, high and low temperature as well as acid salt solution had serious influences.
