Abstract: |
Objective To reduce the stress level of the whole machine caused by the engine vibration and improve vibration environment of whole machine. Methods In view of the installation layout of a certain type of aircraft engine, a set of tilted rubber isolator was designed, and its vibration isolation effect was studied. The mechanical model of the vibration isolation system composed of the engine false parts, the vibration isolation device and the engine mounting frame was established. The natural frequency and the vibration isolation efficiency of the vibration isolation system were calculated by using the finite element method. Results The response curves showed that at above 40 Hz, the inclined rubber isolation system obtained very good isolation effects. Conclusion The design of the vibration isolation device meets the technical requirements of the system, and can provide the theoretical basis for the development of the vibration isolation system of the aircraft engine. |
