Abstract: |
Objective To ensure the supportability of tethered balloon and improve application efficiency. Methods According to the characteristics of the tethered balloon, types of spare parts were forecasted using supportability analysis and similar products, and the amount of spare parts that were demanded were calculated using the similar experience, the ratio supply method and the model calculation method. Thus, a set of procedures and methods were obtained to forecast types and amounts of spare parts of the tethered balloon, and the calculation example was given. Results Configuration of spare parts of tethered balloon should be determined firstly. On this basis, the demand amount of spare parts was determined and the corresponding level of maintenance was arranged. Conclusion The forecasting process and method of spare parts for tethered balloon engineering can be applied to supportability analysis of tethered balloon. |
