Abstract: |
Objective To propose a new method of equipment support ability evaluation based on set pair theory and subjective-objective combined weighting. Methods Aiming at the uncertainty problems in equipment support ability evaluation, the index system of evaluating support ability was put forward. On the basis of set pair theory, the set pair evaluation model was built. Results The subjective-objective combined weighting method was used to determine index weight by constructing one double target decision problem to make the evaluation index reflect the objective and subjective degree. Conclusion The method quantified the confirming degree of evaluation index and enhanced the creditability of evaluation results, which provided a guidance to solve the uncertainty problems in equipment support ability evaluation. |
