Abstract:
      Generalizes the mainstream bus architecture form of current testing systems and analyzes their performances and applications, researches the main software design techniques for current test systems,then , puts forward the main direction of future development of testing system: for future complex test requirements ,the main design direction of test systems is developing large-scale and high precision mixed test systems based on LXI bus , for hardware design, uses LXI bus to integrate VXI/PXI/PXI-Express/PCI-Express/USB3.0 bus by local area network and to satisfy low-speed, high-speed and high precision data acquisition and transmission requirements, and for software design, industry standardized application functions should be concerned.
