| Objective Nearly all the segments about spare parts include acquisition, storage, supplying and management have close connections with the spare parts consumption information. The spare parts consumption rule has a great significance on all the segments about spare parts include acquisition, storage, supplying and management and improve the scientificalness of spare parts support.
Method Through making a analysis of the maintenance method of spare parts whose life submit to normal distribution and gamma distribution in some typical equipment, this paper has established consumption models of spare parts whose life submit to normal distribution and gamma distribution in typical equipment, according to stochastic processes and probability theory and mathematical statistics. Results Applicability of the models are given by way of a numerical example. Conclusion The models provide a theoretical basis for calculating reserves of spare parts scientifically and have the vital important guiding significance. |
