| A : Objective To analyze the corrosion factors of avionics,and provides the foundation for corrosion protection design. Methods According to corrosion failtures,original protecting system type,service environmental features and so on,to analyze the corrosion factors fron many ways ,such as attacks of external airframe fruids,or leakage of interior airframe fluids,or vulnerabilities of airframe and avionics. And then describe the influence of the above corrosion factors of avionics in detail. Results Due to the bad operaion environments and other reasons,corrosion fluids can attack the avionics from many ways,and seriously affects its performance. Conclusion To improving reliability and maintainability of new design and in-service avionics,must be isolated from the root of corrosion,either to reduce the environmental impact,or to strengthen the integrity of the structure design. |
