Abstract:
      This paper summarizes the recent research progress in the evaluation and application of Si(B)CN ceramics and ceramic matrix composites. First the preparation of Si(B)CN ceramics and ceramic matrix composites were introduced, and a detailed review about the mechanical properties, oxidation behavior, ablation behavior, fatigue properties, creep properties and environmental performance of the Si(B)CN ceramics and ceramic matrix composites was provided, and then their applications were summarized.
