Abstract: |
Objective To predict the storage life of aramid fiber resin composites in the environments of different areas and the acceleration factors of seven areas affected by 120 ℃ thermal aging. Methods Samples of aramid fiber resin composites (AFRC) exposed in the natural environment of the storerooms in seven areas were researched. The law of changes in its bending strength was investigated. Unitary linear recursive analysis on the storage life of AFRC in the storeroom was carried out. Results The equation of linear regression in seven areas was obtained. The storage life was calculated when its bending property was reduced to 50%. The acceleration factors of seven areas affected by 120 ℃ thermal aging was acquired. Conclusion Taking the failure of 50% bending strength as an example, the storage lives of aramid fiber resin composites exposed in natural environment of storerooms from large to small are respectively Lhasa, Dunhuang, Xiamen, Xishuangbanna, Wanning, Jinan and Mohe. The acceleration factors from large to small are respectively Mohe, Jinan, Wanning, Xiamen, Xishuangbanna, Dunhuang and Lhasa. |
