| （Objective）To ensure that the tethered balloon can provide matching supporting resources in the operation and maintenance.（Method）According to the characteristics of operation and maintenance task analysis, respectively, using determine the supporting task of the project, refine the supporting task, determine the supporting resource, aggregation and analysis steps of resources, finally carries on the comprehensive analysis to determine the supporting resources required for tethered balloon. （Results）Process,data recording,and the detailed requirements and methods about supporting resources summary were given of tethered balloon operation and maintenance task analysis by this method in the actual development of the types of application.（Conclusion）Operation and maintenance analysis task can solve the tethered balloon required supporting resource allocation which is reasonable and scientific,and is applicable to practical engineering. |
