Abstract:
Objective Making the research about using the magnetron sputtering method load TiO2 upon polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) microporous membrane to prepared TiO2 / PTFE composite membrane preparation . Methods Using contact angle, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), tensile strength test the hydrophilic, elements, morp-hology and mechanical strength of the composite membranes, discussion the effects of sputtering time, sputtering power on the film properties with control variable technique as well as study the degradation towards methyl orange Results We know that the hydrophilic and tensile strength of TiO2/PTFE composite film are favorable when the sputtering power is 40w and sputtering time is 90s and the removal rat of methyl orange reach 97%, exhibiting better degradation property. Conclusion By the experiment process, we can optimize the parameters of magnetron sputtering, preparation a kind of nanometeran supported catalyst with excellent physical properties and high photocatalytic activity.
