Abstract:
Objective To study the influences of pull and press fatigue load on corrosion coefficient of parking on the ground. Methods Firstly, the accelerated corrosion test environment spectrum was drawn up to carry out pre-corrosion test. Secondly, a fatigue test of pre-corrosion specimens was done by applying pull and press fatigue loads. Finally, the fatigue life of pre corrosion fatigue test was analyzed. Results The fatigue life always followed the logarithmic normal distribution after pre-corrosion for pull fatigue load and press fatigue load. But the scatter of fatigue life for wing down-panels reduced with the decrease of fatigue life, and the scatter of fatigue life for the wing up-panels did not change. Conclusion The coefficient of the wing up-panels test sample does not change with the increase of the corrosion calendar life. But, the coefficient of the wing down-panels test sample descends with the increase of the corrosion calendar life..
