Abstract:
      Objective To simplify the photoelectric transmission, target scattering etc. in anisotropic medium. Methods Based on relation between electric-field vector and electric displacement vector, reconstructing tensor of dielectric constant for anisotropic medial was proposed as the universal method for diagonal tensor. Results The element expressions and corresponding unit eigenvectors of diagonal tensor were developed with detailed numerical calculation. The transformation relation of electromagnetic field in the unit characteristic vector coordinates system and the primary coordinate system and the transformation relation of permeability tensor were presented. The method was universal and the result obtained was practical. Conclusion In the domain of anisotropic media, the result is able to quantitatively transform the E.M. field and medium parameter from the eigen coordinates system to the primary coordinates system and vice versa..
