Abstract:
      Objective To design accelerated storage test for a certain type of cable network and predict the storage life of product through test. Methods Based on step-down-stress accelerated storage test, in combination with Arrhenius model, the maximum likelihood estimation method of log normal distribution was applied to evaluate the test results. Results According to the results of such test, the storage life of cable network was evaluated in a relatively short time. In the environment of the storage temperature below 25 ℃, the storage life could be more than 20 years. And the acceleration model and accelerated factor could be obtained. Conclusion It provides a reference method for quantitative evaluation of storage life of cable network, and provides a basis for prolonging life and repairing of weapon equipment.
