Abstract: |
This paper summarized existing problems in China’s environmental test, such as imperfect standard system, low comprehensiveness and low confidence level and pointed out that development of combined environmental test capability is urgently needed. It was suggested that development of combined environmental test in China should focus on three aspects: standardization system construction, test capacity construction and promoting the civilian technology by military technology. |
