Abstract: |
Objective To get the ideal outer diameter and wall thickness of valve. Methods This paper derived the relationship between frequency and valve stiffness through vibration mechanics, and used Matlab software to solve the equations to obtain the stiffness of the valve body and valve stem. Further analysis was carried out to obtain outer diameter and wall thickness in the pipeline calculation. Results After verification of engineering examples, the results obtained by the theoretical calculation of the flexible valve and the SYSPIPE pipeline stress analysis software had a small error. Conclusion It is reasonable to simplify the vibration of the flexible valve in the pipeline to a two-degree-of-freedom k-m vibration model, and the theoretical calculation result is ideal and can be applied to engineering analysis. |
