Abstract:
      Objective To reflect the effect of natural storage environment on the life of a missile ramjet and study the accelerated storage test method based on comprehensive environmental stresses. Methods To accord with the annual changing rule of natural environment, a one-cycle comprehensive environmental stress accelerated storage test was designed to be equivalent to the natural storage during one year. The accelerated storage test of each circle contained four parts: low temperature refrigeration, high-low temperature alternated acceleration, high temperature and high humidity acceleration and high temperature acceleration. The acceleration factor for each environmental stress was estimated via the acceleration model, and then the acceleration test spectrum was transformed from the collected data of natural storage environment. Results The proposed method improved the science and accuracy of accelerated storage test for ramjet. Conclusion The research work provides an effective engineering approach for efficient life extension of ramjet.
