Abstract: |
The work aims to explore an efficient protection method for out-field corrosion inspection and treatment of aircraft’s electrical connector to solve problem of insufficient technical support in out-field corrosion inspection and treatment of aircraft’s electrical connector. Firstly, aiming at service environment and corrosion characteristics of aircraft’s electrical connector, the importance of aircraft’s electrical connector out-field corrosion maintenance was illuminated. Basic process of out-field corrosion inspection and treatment of aircraft’s electrical connector was given. Secondly, according to preparation before inspection, inspection procedure, inspection standard, cleaning and handling, protection treatment after cleaning, preservation against corrosion etc., requirements on out-field corrosion inspection and treatment of aircraft’s electrical connector were determined. Finally, combined with the increasingly severe out-field corrosion damage of aircraft, prevention and control methods on out-field corrosion of aircraft’s electrical connector were explored and studied |
