Abstract:
      The purpose of this paper is to check whether the electronic equipment can withstand the test of its working environment and improve its reliability. The vibration and shock test is carried out under the condition of simulating equipment in real environment. The vibration test function of an airborne electronic equipment failed. Through step-by-step analysis, mechanism analysis and simulation verification, the cause of vibration fault was located, and the design and process improvement scheme were given. The conclusion is effective and can be used as a reference for similar fault treatment.
