Abstract:
In order to investigate the variation of micro-environment in airtight packaging container under different conditions, a container is placed in warehouse and two containers are placed outdoors, of which one is shielded while another is exposed. Eleven observation points are set to monitor their temperature and humidity. These data are compared and analyzed to reveal the variation rules. Results show that the outdoor container has large temperature gradient in daytime, and its temperature difference goes up to 30 ℃ between day and night, which is far higher than the one in warehouse by 1.1 ℃. The temperature fluctuation can be reduced by 20% by covering with tarpaulin. The relative humidity inside the container is free from outer humidity, but it has intensive negative correlation with temperature. The thermal effect of solar radiation has determinative influence on temperature and humidity variation in outdoor containers, so protection measures should be strengthened.
