In order to solve the problem of aircraft relay performance degradation and even failure caused by corrosion, corrosion protection and control requirements are proposed from the design, manufacture, inspection and repair of aircraft relay. Firstly, according to the use environment and corrosion characteristics of relay, the general requirements of corrosion protection and control of relay are proposed on the basis of common corrosion failure modes of relay; secondly, corrosion protection design and manufacturing requirements are proposed from material selection, surface protection, sealing design, parts processing and assembly process; thirdly, according to inspection preparation, inspection procedures and inspection According to the standards, electrical performance inspection, corrosion repair and other steps, the requirements of aircraft relay corrosion inspection and repair are studied. Finally, combined with the increasingly severe aircraft corrosion damage status, the corrosion prevention and control methods in the use process of relay are explored. |
