Air tightness test is an important guarantee for long-term storage reliability of projectile. In view of the limitations and constraints of the finished ammunition air tightness detection methods. On the basis of analyzing the air-tightness test of projectile, a method of the finished ammunition air tightness based on negative pressure is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the working principle and implementation process of negative pressure air tightness detection were described, and the use case model and function framework of detection equipment were discussed. Secondly, according to the engineering practice, the detection algorithms and judgment methods were given in detail, such as the calculation of the installation tightness of the measuring cavity, the calculation of the differential pressure leakage rate of the measuring cavity, the calculation of the initial measured pressure value of the measuring cavity, and the calculation of the finished ammunition gas leakage. Based on the negative pressure method, the air tightness detection method of the finished ammunition can provide a reference for the realization of the whole finished ammunition air tightness inspection, and also can promote and guide the development of air tightness inspection equipment of the finished ammunition, which will effectively guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness of the development of air tightness inspection automation equipment, and provide a realization mode for the realization of air tightness detection and the development of automation and intelligent equipment. |
