Abstract: |
The life research method of the speed sensor of the EMU was proposed in this paper. Through the environmental impact analysis of the whole life cycle of speed sensors with different operating mileage, three comprehensive tests for performance degradation life were designed to shorten the test cycle, and according to the degradation trend of test parameters during the test, the main characteristic parameter of the life was determined as coil resistance. The life of speed sensors was predicted through analyzing the test results of characteristic parameters of different speed sensors and using a method of data fitting and life-mileage equivalent estimation. The result shows that with the increase of operating mileage, the coil resistance gradually increases and insulation resistance gradually decreases at the same test time. It is estimated that the equivalent operating mileage of the three comprehensive test time is equivalent to 32.78 thousand kilometers per hour. The MTBF of the EMU speed sensor reaches 19.78 million kilometers in normal operation conditions. The research of this project also provides a method basis for rapid evaluation of speed sensor life. |
