Abstract: |
The paper intends to verify the storage life of missile cabin based on multiple failure modes. Through the failure mode analysis under storage conditions, the paper determines the weak links of composite materials and formulates the high-temperature test scheme. Carry out high temperature ultimate stress test to determine the high temperature storage ultimate stress that does not change the failure mechanism of composite materials, and conduct the acceleration factor test accordingly. Calculate the activation energy of different failure modes based on Arrhenius model, and take the performance parameter with the minimum activation energy as the storage weak link to calculate the cabin acceleration factor, design the cabin accelerated storage life verification test and evaluate the storage life of the cabin. The activation energy of thermal protection material under different failure modes is calculated and the weak links based on its performance parameters are identified. The cabin’s acceleration factor and acceleration storage test time are calculated and the storage life is verified. By identifying the storage weaknesses of thermal protection materials,an accelerated storage test is carried out to verify storage life of the cabin. |
