Abstract: |
On-site assembly of the human centrifuge cockpit is a complicated process that requires repeated optimization, this paper aims to form a reasonable cockpit assembly process plan, improve assembly quality and efficiency, and find problems in the cockpit assembly plan at the design stage. By analyzing the structural characteristics and assembly characteristics of the cockpit and based on the DELMIA digital manufacturing simulation platform, we constructed and analyzed the assembly information of the human centrifuge cockpit. Using interference and collision inspection, combined with the human-machine function module, we also simulated and analyzed the cockpit assembly process. Cockpit assembly simulation is an effective means to verify whether the assembly process plan is reasonable, through the cockpit assembly simulation, it is discovered in advance that the assembly process plan has the problems of assembly dynamic interference, accessibility, and visibility. Digital assembly technology can help designers discover the deficiencies of the assembly process plan in advance, improve the assembly process plan, verify the feasibility of the equipment process plan, and provide guidance for actual assembly, thereby greatly improving assembly efficiency and shortening the equipment development cycle. |
