Abstract:
The work aims to evaluate the effect of new cleaning agent on anti-salt fog performance of aeronautical aluminum alloy. The neutral salt spray test was carried out on the aeronautical aluminum alloy 7075 cleaned with the cleaning agent. Then, the changes of surface morphology, microstructure and key chemical components of the aluminum alloy were studied by means of scanning electron microscope, energy spectrum analyzer and high resolution Raman spectrum and the effect of the cleaning agent on aluminum alloy was evaluated comprehensively. After cleaning with the cleaning agent and 6 h neutral salt spray test, the cleaning agent still left a protective film on the aluminum alloy surface, and after salt spray test, the cleaned aluminum alloy surface was smooth, had significant secondary phase particles, and had no significant brown spots or flocculent corrosion products. The degree of salt spray corrosion of aluminum alloy after cleaning is obviously lighter, which shows that the component of inhibitor in the cleaning agent plays a role of protection, and the new cleaning agent has the function of preventing salt deposition and can improve the anti-salt fog corrosion of aeronautical aluminum alloy.
