Abstract:
      The work aims to master the shock characteristics of domestic lightweight shock machines (LWSM). A new domestic LWSM was developed according to the military standard of the United States. In the design, the dynamic characteristic of main bearing parts were emphasized to meet the military standard of the US military to ensure that its efficiency was consistent with that of similar equipment in the United States. Based on the typical working condition parameters of lightweight tests, systematic tests were conducted to obtain the dynamic shock response data of the shock anvil plate, installation frame and load. Based on the samples built according to the test data, typical anti-shock characteristic indicators such as acceleration, velocity, displacement and spectrum of the shock machine were obtained through data analysis. These shock characteristics show that the performance of the domestic American standard LWSM is basically consistent with that of the same kind shock machines in the United States. Therefore, the standardization of LWSM is helpful to improve the anti-shock ability of warship equipment in China.
