Abstract: |
The work aims to solve the lagging and system lack of life assessment standards for explosives and propellants charges in China, standardize and guide the life assessment work and improve the accuracy and recognition of life assessment results. The process and technical requirements were discussed from the technical system in laboratory life assessment. Meanwhile, referring to the relevant standard information of NATO about ammunition charges safety and life assessment, the framework of China's standard system for life assessment of explosives and propellants charges was constructed, and the contents of the standard system were clarified. It is put forward that the standard system for life assessment of explosives and propellants charges should be constructed according to the idea of systematic and scientific, clear hierarchy and comprehensive openness, and it should be divided into three levels including top-level specification standard, design standard and operation standard. |
