Abstract:
      The work aims to address the issue of inaccurate assessment of product storage life extension engineering, and conduct researchon a fusion evaluation method based on natural and accelerated storage test data.Based on the idea of relative entropy, a new life distribution was constructed to minimize the distance from the natural and accelerated storage life distribution. A data fusion evaluation method was provided for storage life based on a certain electromechanical product engineering case. This method can effectively integrate the natural and accelerate storage life distribution data of electromechanical products, give the reliability of the corresponding life, and provide support for the accurate life assessment.
