Abstract: |
Aiming at the worthiness of equipment in extremely low temperature environment in the process of polar use at present, the environmental characteristics of the North and South Poles, such as temperature, wind, salt spray, solar radiation, and the change law of environmental factors such as temperature are analyzed and summarized. The effect and mechanism of low temperature on the basic mechanical properties of metals and polymer materials, such as strength, plasticity and toughness are expounded. The development status of ultra-low temperature natural environment test technology and laboratory low- temperature test technology and standards in China and abroad is summarized, the existing problems of the existing polar low temperature testing methods are analyzed, and the future research and development of extremely low temperature environment worthiness test is put forward from three aspects of multi-factor comprehensive acceleration test, low-temperature-mechanical coupling test and computer simulation analysis. |
